Turn 4 2009 Cabnernet Sauvignon
From Bennett Lane Wine Cellars, the Turn 4 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Malbec sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Oakville, Calistoga and St. Helena and aged in French Oak for 18 months this wine has a woodsy nose combined with aromas of chocolate, boysenberry and blackberry. The wine is large and lush in the mouth with a mocha and espresso flavored mid-palate with highlights of blackberry and vanilla. The finish is nicely tannic and the oak is neatly blended into the flavor.
Albariño Salneval Cosecha 2010 White Wine
Albariño is a grape indigenous to the border region that separates Spain from Portugal. It produces a medium to light-bodied white wine that is rich with peach and citrus fruits while the aromas tend to the floral and slightly nutty end of the spectrum. The wines have bright acidity and an easy-drinking quality that has propelled them to new heights of popularity.
Vin D’Alsace Willm Riesling (2009 Reserve)
The Willm vineyard, combining Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr and the well-known Clos Gaensbroennel was planted in Barr in 1896. This French wine is made entirely from Riesling grapes grown in the Alsace region. Rieslings from Alsace are completely dry yet retain the appealing flowery fragrance of this grape variety. Riesling Willm is well suited to fish dishes, lobster and oysters.

And so, from our ‘Owl Houses’ to your house, there’s always room for an everyday red. This is a delicious blend of California reds including Rhone grapes, Counoise, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Serve this wine with Beef Bourguignon, Osso Bucco, pasta or pizza with pesto sauce.
Caymus Conundrum
Powerful aromas of green apple, honeysuckle and zest give way to core flavors of apricot, melon, pear and a hint of vanilla. The wine is beautifully balanced by the sparkling acidity of citrus fruits. The lush, creamy texture is enhanced by bright tropical fruit notes and leads to a full, powerful finish.
Round Hill Cabernet
This Napa Valley Cab displays a deep, rich structure with hints of black current and black berries. This wine will be an excellent pairing for pastas with hearty red sauces and a premium bacon wrapped filet (cooked medium rare, of course!). With evident tannins, this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for 3-5 years.

Humbolt Fog

Charleston CheeseHouse Battery Park
The inner texture is more complex than traditional Brie & the flavor has much more complexity & staying power than its mass-produced cousins. Flavors of strong mushroom, with a touch of bread and fruit. Aromas of rich butter, citrus & toffee. Serve warm or at room temperature.
